Position Summary: To provide heating and air conditioning systems installation according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. System types: Straight A/C, Heat pumps, Gas furnace/boiler, oil furnace/boiler, water heaters, Daikin Ductless Multi Mini’s
Work start and end time: 7:00am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)
Employment Type: Full Time
Pay Scale: $18- $35 per hour
Qualifications needed for this position:
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Customer service skills – must be personable, friendly and posses good customer relation skills
- Be willing to learn – sheet metal skills, interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints, some construction practices, basic electricity, and city codes, among other basic skills
- Experience helpful but not required – We have the ability to train the right individual.

Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Mostly residential systems. System types: Straight A/C, Heat pumps, Gas furnace/boiler, oil furnace/boiler, water heaters, Daikin Ductless Multi Mini’s
Work start and end time: 7:00am to 5:00pm. Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime, on-call, & Evenings as needed)
Employment Type: Full Time
Pay Scale: $25- $40 per hour. Plus special incentives and bonuses
Qualifications for this position:
- 3+ years experience preferred.
- NATE certified or acquire NATE certification within 6 months of employment
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Advanced customer service skills – must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Must be willing to help installation team if needed.
